I got your text this week about feedback on the estate sale and I realized I had not replied yet. I have nothing but good things to say — you guys did a fabulous job for us and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
Your prep for the sale was extensive, the sale itself attracted a lot of traffic, and the outcome was terrific. Not to mention, the post-sale cleanout day went well for the residual items, and the house interior is in great condition for marketing.
We have not yet begun the marketing process for the house, I have been absorbed on another part of Mark’s estate (legal wrangling) from here. But soon I’ll return to town to get the property listed and sold. I’ve relocated the last guitars for safekeeping offsite for the duration, and we are still discussing what to do with them. Rob continues to work a little at the property, says he’ll be done by the 21st (he’s been pushing the completion date out further each time I ask).
But I am glad to be in the position we are in, thanks to you. All the best.

Sandy’s Estate Sales are phenomenal. As a buyer, the quality of the quality of goods and prices are unbeatable, as is the service. The sale I recently attended had some very rare items in excellent to flawless condition, including a few true 19th and early 20th century antiques. Everything was reasonably priced. Sandy and her staff were extremely helpful and assisted me in identifying a couple of rare items. I am thrilled to have found this company and will shop here again.

I have been going to estate sales for over 20 years and have finally found one that makes me feel like I’m welcome every time. They are very professional and each sale I’ve been to I’ve come home with some kind of treasure. The sales team is very helpful and understanding whenever I’ve needed help with an item. Sandy and her team were professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. I needed to liquidate my parents’ very large estate. It was an overwhelming task since my parents had accumulated 65 years worth of furniture, household items, and hundreds of paintings, expensive glassware, and other decorative items. Sandy was sensitive at every step to the emotional aspect of selling my parents’ belongings. First Sandy appraised everything in the home. It took several days to price and display everything. She held an invitation only estate sale and sold a majority of the estate furniture, decor and household items over two days. It was well organized and the security was excellent.
